![]() Much like Echoes - Act 1, its not a Stand specialised for physical combat and is rather weak when attacking normally. However, unlike Act 1 where it could generate an infinite number of words, Act 2 is limited to just one and can only be generated using the diamond on the end of its tail and must be grabbed by Echoes to retract its effects if Echoes can’t grab the word or loses the diamond, it can’t generate new words. It doesn’t have to be written on a surface either, Echoes can create a bubble with the word and that bubble will have the effect of what’s written on it. In Echoes ACT3s stat sheet shown in Part 5, at least, his only listed ability is '3-FREEZE', so it seems like that really is the extent of his powers (aside from a general punch-ghost).
